中国能源研究会副理事长、能源经济专业委员会主任委员中国能源研究会副理事长，能源经济专业委员会主任委员，中国可持续发展研究会理事、北京能源协会理事长，中国海洋石油总公司高级顾问，国家“863计划”能源领域专家委员会委员、联合国全球环境基金第二届科技委员会委员，《中国能源》杂志社编委会主任，北京能源效率中心发起人。从事能源经济、能源政策和能源系统分析研究。

Mr. Zhou is the deputy president of China Energy Research Society, chairman of Energy Economics Committee, member of China Sustainable Development Research Institute, chairman of Beijing Energy Association, committee member of the 2ndTechnology Committee of the UN Environment fund, director of “China Energy” editorial board and founder of Beijing Energy Efficiency Center. Mr. Zhou covers research topics spreading from energy economy, policy and systematic analysis.
