Mr. Zhang is the Executive Director of Products & Market Department of Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE), a subsidiary of SHFE Group. Mr. Zhang is in charge of developing of oil and gas derivatives contracts and specializes in oil and gas market research and analysis. He had participated in the launch of fuel oil, bitumen, and crude oil futures contracts in 2004, 2013 and 2018 separately.
