Ms. Gao holds a PhD in Economy and is an financial expert who has been receiving special government allowance from the State Council. She is the supervisor of Shanghai Futures Exchange, delegate of China Futures Association, committee of Dalian Commodity Exchange, and member of Strategy Advisory Committee of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange. Ms. Gao started her career in futures in 1992, supporting companies with professional hedging service.
