Mr. Li joined COOEC in 1999, and is mainly in charge of offshore project management. He has rich experience in both local and international oil & gas project management, with excellent knowledge in international offshore engineering code and standard. The offshore projects he has been in charge of includes Ichthys, Pyrenees in Australia, JZ9-3 and XJ23-1 in Bohai Bay, China.
